Vendor Registration

American Preparatory Academy will hold its Annual Holiday Boutique on Friday, December 1 from 3pm to 8pm and Saturday, December 2 from 9am to 4pm. This year’s event will be held indoors at APA’s Draper 3 campus located at 431 W 11915 S, Draper, UT 84020.

DETAILS
Set-up: Friday 11am to 2:30pm
No one will be allowed in the school before 11am Friday morning. Please be respectful of the organizers’ time. You MUST be set up and ready to begin selling at 2:30pm on Friday.

Clean-up: Saturday afternoon beginning at 4pm
Vendors MUST NOT leave or begin packing up until 4pm. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area, including removing tape on the floor and throwing away any trash inside or around their booth area.

The boutique will NOT have a central check out. You are required to stay and man your booth, accept payments, and handle sales tax on an individual basis.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT FUTURE EVENTS IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE BOUTIQUE RULES. YOU MUST NOT BEGIN PACKING UP PRIOR TO 4PM ON SATURDAY.

VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
* Please complete the application below.
* $65 non-refundable vendor fee if paid by Friday, October 20. The fee will go up to $80 on Saturday, October 21.
* Organizers have the right to close registration at any time the week of the event or when vendor spots are full.
* The vendor fee for APA parents and staff is $50
* The vendor fee for APA students is $10
* If you NEED electricity there is an additional cost of $10.
* We will accept payments made with Venmo, PayPal, credit card, check, or cash.

No refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend and would like to sell or transfer your booth to another vendor you must first get approval from the coordinators of the event.

NOTE: booths are not confirmed until the booth fee is paid. This will happen on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.

VENDOR BOOTHS
* Space will be approximately 8′ wide by 6′ deep.
* If you need a space larger than 8′ by 6′ we will try to accommodate your request at an additional cost.
* You must provide your own table & chairs.
* One vendor per company; first to pay will be given the spot.
* All vendors must donate a prize valued at $10 or more.
