Field Trip Donation

Our elementary students in grades 1-6 take attend field trips per year. Kindergarten students attend one field trip at the end of the year. Field trips are important learning experiences for our students. We are asking for $22 per student ($11 per Kindergarten student). Thank you for your generous support!

School Supplies Donation

American Prep provides all school supplies for each student. This includes pens, pencils, markers, paper, tissues, paper towels, and other consumable items.

We welcome your donation to help contribute toward these classroom expenses. All proceeds from this donation support your student at your campus.

Classroom Library Donation

Books for younger students cost an average of $10 each. Books for older students cost an average of $20 each.

Club Donations

We offer several after-school club experiences for our students. The robotics, drama, and art clubs are provided by outside companies. The Lego, math, chess, and debate clubs are provided by staff and volunteers.

During the fall (September - December) we offer 15 weeks of club activities.

To offset the cost of supplies, equipment, and other costs we are asking for a donation of $20 per student for each club. Thank you for making it possible to host our afters school clubs!
